Farhana is a Malaysian researcher specialising in governance, public administration, institutional behaviour and policy studies. Her research examines how society interacts with rules and other quieter forces to influence governance performances and public management outcomes.

 

Her work has been presented at international conferences and published in academic journals and conference proceedings. She has received recognition including Best Paper and Best Presenter awards and has contributed to several award-winning innovation projects addressing integrity, education and public service delivery. Her broader interests include institutional reform, civil-servant welfare, national development and people-centred governance.
